Stopped here with my wife and young daughter to have breakfast. We were seated immediately which was the only thing good to say about this place. I ordered a omlet, my daughter sum pancakes, and my wife a breakfast sandwich. We waited a hour and 20 mins for our food and the food was awful. My wife’s bread was burnt, my omlets veggies were not cooked and the hash browns were frozen and had no flavor at all. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

Oh my goodness I went there yesterday for the first time. It was such a cute little place and had delicious southern food and the sweetest people both staff and customers! I got the special of the day which was fried pork chops though I could’ve got them grilled but everything fried is better I believe ha ha, I had black-eyed peas and fried okra and it came with your choice of bread either rolls, biscuits or hush puppies and I got hush puppies so it came with three large ones and they were delicious but heck everything I had was amazing! I just hate I didn’t have room for some peach cobbler or one of the other yummy desserts. I will be going back though. And one of the sweet regulars there actually bought my food but I didn’t even know about it until after he had left so I thank him if he ever reads this/ their review/ reviews. They said that he was one of the local fireman and worked for Barnhill Contracting. So again thank you kind gentleman for buying my lunch. And I can say that after only one there once it’s already one of my favorite spots, next time I want to try breakfast though

A good ole southern favorite. Breakfast was beyond my expectations. Grits were perfect. Bacon was crisp and delicious. Toast was on point. A+++

Sisters provides amazing food day in and day out. They have no competition from nearby restaurants because no one can match their consistency. Thank you Sisters!

Always visit when in town. Wonderful home cooking. Chicken salad like momma used to make. Specials like Pork BBQ, Hamburger steak and BBQ chicken. Good portions. Yummy desserts–best Peach Cobbler anywhere! Friendly staff who treat you like a local. Also good AC on those hot Eastern NC days.

Great little home town diner. Showed up close to closing time. They invited us in, served us great food quickly, didn’t rush us out. Gave us plenty of time to read all the funny signs posted around the place. I highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Sisters. It was my first visit. Sisters hours are in keeping with a luncheonette and they aren’t open on sunday. I just happened to be in town on a Saturday morning. Glad I was. The parking situation is odd. People tend to park wherever. The lot is dirt and there aren’t many marked slots. There is handicapped accessible parking and entry. The place inside is nice and in good repair. The staff was friendly. I got a sausage and cheese omelet with hash browns and wheat toast. I was ready for a biscuit with some preserves but they were out of biscuits. Omelet was well stuffed. Good quantity of browns. The browns weren’t very salty. I prefer that. I added just a touch of extra salt. Wife had a bacon and cheese omelet with browns and white toast. Her omelet was well stuffed also. Coffee was good, and hot. Overall, it was a very good meal. Prices were reasonable as well. If I’m in town again when Sisters is open, I’ll go back for sure.

Small place, steady business but not crowded. Down home cooking. Had the fish and shrimp fried combo. Flounder, shrimp and hush puppies all fried perfect and very light. I love a business who can change their oil and give a quality product. There are some bigger places that can learn a thing or two.
