My family and I have been to this restaurant many times. I just have to say the previous experiences were fantastic that drink and food have always been phenomenal. However this recent Tuesday was a joke. The drinks were awful and the food was terrible. There was no remorse or sympathy from our server and it was very obvious that management was completely absent from the whole scenario. It seemed to be the bartenders first day because she required a lot of help. We were tempted multiple times to leave. We will not be returning.

Jessica is a crazy good bartender! She made every drink to perfection and never stopped! She didn’t have anyone waiting! Give this lady a raise!

Our server was Megan and she lacks good server training. She had straws in her apron pocket, yet when asked for one she walked away to get them only to realize she has them. Megan never asked us for beverage refills, if there was anything she could get us, how was our food nor did she ask if we wanted any dessert. Our food was mediocre, my cook salad lacked lettuce of all things, the street tacos were dry, one hamburger had cheese on it and the menu didn’t say it included cheese, then there was a charge for $2 for the unasked for cheese. The other burger was not cooked correctly but was tolerated, however there was only one small piece of bacon on it, also my friend asked for American cheese and got cheddar. When we asked Megan about the bacon she offered to get more immediately, but instead of heading to the kitchen she went out to the patio and cleared a table. Now be aware there were only about 4 tables being used and no one waiting for a table. We did not tip our usual generous tip, however we did tip for the service we received. The whole experience was awful and we won’t be returning, which is sad because it is a nice restaurant.

Spent over 170+ ordered 3 drinks took well over 15 min to get those ordered food the food came out fairly fast but then server gives me the check and forgets the drink but still charges for it. The food was good but service left alot to be desired. I will go back one more time just to see if it was just the server or the server mentality. I will leave a future update.

On Father’s Day, I had brunch at your restaurant, but unfortunately, it was one of the worst food experiences I have ever had. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I noticed several errors such as absent management, improper training for servers, and the kitchen staff dropping the ball. I ordered eggs Benedict with breakfast potatoes, but instead, I was served eggs Benedict with cold French fries. Additionally, the English muffins on the eggs Benedict were not toasted. The kids had cold breakfast, and the biscuits and gravy were completely over-salted to the point of being inedible. Lastly, the coffee was cold, as if the coffee warmer was not turned on at all. Overall, it was a sad experience. Your restaurant has great potential with its views and seating capacity, but it was worse than most golf course food. I am a consultant who helps restaurants around the country fix their problems. Please message me if you need assistance.

Ordered the Huevos Rancheros which was to have black beans but came with BBQ beans (sweet beans) and tortillas were extremely dry and chewy. Very disappointed that they substituted those kind of beans and didn’t ask/tell us.

Burnt food. Potatoes so hard couldn’t chew. Puny salad portions. Had to keep asking staff for something that was to be in place for a handicapped person. They said they’d accomodate request hours before. Had to wait and keep asking. Waiting was hurting the handicapped person. Not a cozy environment.

We went for Valentine’s Day. Service was quick, friendly and thorough. The views are beautiful and the facility very nice. We ordered the beef Tenderloin dinner and the Tenderloin over Papperdale Pasta. Both steaks were a 5 cooked to perfection. The pasta was over cooked and too much sauce, although flavorful,. Roasted potatoes were over cooked (burned and then steamed). Fresh vegies were delicious and side salad was quite basic. We also ordered a red wine and a martini (4, sweet). We will try again as we felt prices were reasonable.
