My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite on the way back from our beach trip. We ordered double cheeseburgers and fries. The burgers were thick and perfectly cooked, and the service was fast and friendly. We’ll definitely stop here next time we head to the coast!

This place sells one of the best burgers in Scotland County & it’s all pure ground beef , no soyburgers, you just wont find a nicer employee staff with the full attention to make every customer feel welcome , now they’re not too famous on being the cheaper place for takeout but you just won’t find a better burger and they have a full menu of a wide variety of other delicious items. Overall , I’d give this establishment 5 stars for the cleanliness , the friendly staff , and most of all the quality , taste , and the fast preparation of each order. I highly recommend this place for takeout in Scotland County.

My husband and I took a day trip to McBee, SC to buy peaches and decided to use it as an opportunity to drive to Mamie’s for burgers. We are so glad we did. We both had the classic burger (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion) but my husband added bacon. We also tried their fries and onion rings. Everything was cooked fresh to order. The fries and rings were great and hot out of the fryer. I wish we’d tried one of their hotdogs. Mamie’s is about 1.5 hour drive from us, but we’d definitely visit again the next time we are in the area.

It’s just as delicious as you hope it will be. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired for sure, but that ain’t what you’re coming here for. We’ve stopped here a few times on our way to the beach and are never disappointed!
