This taco bell has some of the laziest workers I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant. The staff are only nice to you but they talk bad about the customers when they get to busy or just don’t want to make the food. They don’t clean in between orders and leave trash sitting on the line and floor. I’ve seen multiple of the workers make chalupas and touch other product without washing their hands or putting on gloves. They barely clean the lobby and bathrooms. The African american worker talks about the workers and even some of the customers in an inappropriate way.

Going to the drive-thru, our order was wrong. We went back around to correct it and they asked us to produce the receipt even though we had just been through the drive-thru. Asked to pull through to the front of the building and wait almost 10 minutes for them to correct our order.

This was supposed to be a chicken quesadilla. You should at least get what you pay for over $4 for this. We got two of these and there were the same. You need to train your people better or stop being cheap because I’m not sure if they were told to do it this way. They have messed up my orders way too many times so I had to write a review since I can’t find a phone number for them. How convenient

First of all, they wouldn’t come to the front counter while I was standing there. I was standing there for about 5 minutes and finally gave up and ordered on the kiosk. My family ordered some type of cheesy chips and they tasted rancid. We also ordered cinnamon twists and they didn’t have any cinnamon on them. Was very disappointed with the service and food. The atmosphere and interior of the restaurant were fine though.

I stopped by to pick up a delivery order. The store wasn’t open exactly. The manager hadn’t shown up, and one lady had just gotten there. I had to forfeit the delivery and I’m not sure what happened to his $70 order.

this has got to be the worst taco bell around. they never get any orders right, they are always slow, and the staff is rude. the staff is always in the back ignoring all customers, not doing their jobs. this place is ridiculous, dont waste your time or money.

Long waits at counter and just for drinks ordered at kiosk – with no one else waiting. Chips and cinnamon twists tasted rancid, like old oil. When I told a server, he said the oil is fresh and to just throw out the food, with no offer for replacement or refund. Very disappointed.
