It was good food, but slow service. Slow service was due to people in front of us ordering 3 separate family meals and going through a million coupons. Otherwise it most likely would have been faster.

I order through the drive through, I ask about specials , the cashier, stated something like 9 or 11 pieces ( the speaker was super muffled), and the screen that shows your order blanked on and off and I did not show my order. what I order and what I got was two different things, went in to correct it and the manager was rude and unnecessarily nasty. I was not rude or mean, but explain the situation and she was difficult for no reason. She made me return the chicken to reorder the chicken, think about it.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. They do not know how to take a order much less make the order correctly. Everyone is not on the same page. Everyone seems lost and all over the place. Took me over an hour to get 3 Chicken sandwiches in the drive through and they still got my order wrong!!!!

Manager too worried about window time in drive thru than the customers waiting for over 15 mins in the lobby to place orders. 2 people actually walked out because of the wait. I ordered online as well and order still was not ready even after waiting for over 15 mins.

Been sitting here about 20 minutes and still no food. Last trip here for me. It was like this last week. Holiday today but wasn’t last week. This time nuggets. Easy order for one person. 25 minutes.

Horrible service, horrible attitude, I placed my order on doordash gor pickup and came in 20 mins after placing it as it said it was complete upon arriving I had to wait another 40mins for my food and they said they r waiting on fresh fries even though my order doesn’t consist of fries at all the employees were very rude

This Popeye’s has had issues with drive through speed historically, often backing up onto the street Yesterday I placed a large dinner order for my family ($45). They seem to be trying to fix the speed issue but our food was all underdone. Biscuits were not fluffy but very dough-like dense. Red beans were undercooked. Coleslaw was very liquid & watery. Chicken would drip a large amount of oil onto plate when skin was removed. And we were shorted 2 pieces of chicken from a 6 piece box.

Great fish sandwich. The filet was hefty and was battered and fried to perfections. The combination of the tartar sauce and pickle made it perfect. The line was long because of this new sandwich and it was worth the wait.
