KFC does not care about its customers. Employee walks into the manager’s office and form some people are here. Manager comes out, sees we are there, keeps walking down the line doesn’t acknowledge. no one. They don’t care. Not worth the time to stop here. Spend money elsewhere.

SMH to be honest I’m not sure what is going on with our KFC’s around. I went to one in a whole different area and it wasn’t any better. When I walked in no one was around …I finally said Hello …I then heard a voice coming from the ofc saying hold on . Mgr took order w complaints about doing paperwork …later recvd order $20 Fam ok. However, when I tried to get a bag bc lid kept Opening …no one could understand me…so the Mgr again gave me one but when asked for a larger bag he advised not able to bc they where for p/u Carry out SMH!

ordered on the app… go to pick it up , no-one waits on you .. took forever … I ordered the 5 tender big box… hmmmm 7 frys, got 3 tenders… no honey for the bisque, 1 ranch …. i did get a coleslaw and my drink.. not worth 14 bucks… and food was not good.. not going back better options out there for 14 bucks..

I go here at least once a week and they consistently mess up my order, missing fries, no gravy, I don’t understand how they mess up that simple of an order so often but I’m not impressed. The only reason I keep going is because it’s the closest kfc to me.
