In 2019, we opened our first location in Cary. Even with the pandemic, we were fortunate enough to receive a warm welcome from the community. We’re excited to bring the same quality and passion to a second location!

We were looking for a new food experience and found Miso Ramen Bar! We have never had professional Ramen and we were surprised with how flavorful and unique it was! Our group tried almost every type of ramen on the menu and they were all fantastic, although our favorite was the Chicken Curry Ramen!

My experience was Excellent! First time here and they didn’t disappoint, Our waitress Kiyanni was the absolute BEST and provided excellent service. Friendly staff overall and excellent flavor for the Ramen. I ordered the curry chicken Ramen and its top tier!! Also great atmosphere, the dining room was full but no wait on a Saturday evening.

We eat a lot of ramen. Restaurant is located in a newer plaza with some other stores and restaurants right off of Capital Boulevard. We had the beef skewers, karaage chicken wings and ramen. Beef skewers were good, had a hint of charcoal flavor. Karaage chicken was actually Korean fried chicken, it was soy ginger and very good but not traditional karaage. Tonkatsu ramen was really good, had a creamy and rich broth. My daughter had the kids version which was exactly like the adult, same ingredient and even the pork, she loved it. Also saw a veggie ramen, we didn’t try it but it was nice to see the option. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely place in a good location. It’s small and cozy but with a nice updated feel. I was part of a large party and the server was excellent about taking all our separate orders and ensuring everything went smoothly. I ordered the unagi rice bowl (pictured). Quite a large serving and the food itself was excellent. Everything was seasoned perfectly and tasted great! This is a great spot for hanging out with friends or a relaxed date.

The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. The chicken wings…oh my! Crispy and the sauce is sweet but not overly sweet…just a hint. I got the lychee punch drink, again refreshing and overly sweet. I got the chicken curry ramen and my husband got the chili garlic mazemen. Now about the chili garlic mazemen, the noodles have a peanut sauce coating just fyi. Good but didn’t expect that. We also got the pork belly fries also good.

I love miso ramen and i feel like i need to have their ramens at least once a week. I always get the spicy tan tan and it’s never disappointed me! The broth is super flavorful with the garlicky taste to it. I love their veggies (bok choy, corn, and some mushrooms). The marinated egg makes the whole soup complete. I’m so glad that they open the 2nd location in Raleigh so it’s much closer to my house.

We have been at the Raleigh location twice, both times a great example and the food always delicious and consistent flavors. We tried a few appetizers, including the beef skewers, spicy edamame, Takoyaki and and none of them disappointed us. The ramen we tried was the Shoyu with fried tempura shrimp was amazing a really classic and delicious broth and fresh vegetables and delicious beef and seafood. We tried non filter sake and it was amazing! It’s a small restaurant but definitely worth it to check it out, you will not be disappointed! Super friendly staff and pretty fast service! Great for dating nights, friends and family. I Highly Recommend It

First Timer!!! Best Ramen in Raleigh by far! I ordered the Curry Chicken Ramen bowl! Hands Down! Amazing! The portion was fulfilling & you can add extra meat, noodles, egg, etc, or swap ya meat of choice if you like! Customer Service was A1! The environment was relaxing & clean to dine in & my lemon drop at the bar was delicious! I’m coming back! Thank me later!

This is my third time here. My family was visiting from TX/ GA . My Aunt said she wanted some Ramen. I said I know just the place to go! Miso Ramen Bar did not disappoint! Kiyanni , Joe and Raji were fantastic! Their service was top notch. I would highly recommend this place!
