I ordered 2 donuts and 1 ice tea with less ice and 2 liquid sugar. Then it came out 3 donuts and the tea with 3 white sugar. I said I want liquid sugar, the staff said you should said it next time before she made a new one (she poured out the tea out of the original.) After checking the receipt, 3 donuts and 3 sugar were listed. It makes me think… does the staff really understand TWO is different than THREE?!

Found a hair in the cheese of my sandwhich. On another account I ordered a small iced coffee with salted caramel cold foam. The cashier put it in wrong so I got regular cold foam and when I reminded them I wanted the salted caramel cold foam, she gave me a big attitude and was extremely rude. I’d give this a zero rating if I could. Walked in, and there was a lady with her back to me counting money. After awhile, she turned, looked at me, said nothing and kept counting. After standing there for some time longer, I said screw it and went to starbucks. Not like the prices are that much different anyway.

Was over charged for two coffees normally the two coffees I get come to 7.81 and was charged $9.10. And i questioned the cashier saying $9 for two coffees and couldn’t even take the time to review the order.

There are some works who go above and beyond for their customers and others how dont. I would give 5 stars but i have had issues with wrong others or over charging on my credit card because they add the person behide my order because they didnt wait for the register to complete they payment on my order before entering they next customers.
