We were welcomed in. Told the young lady our order. My sandwich was incorrectly made after I was very specific on what I waned on it. The tuna had absolutely no flavor! The other sandwich we ordered there was so little meat or cheese on it all you could taste was the veggies. Very disappointing food quality!

I love there food, how ever I ordered taco salad & 2 Tacos in the bag they put the Tacos on top of the box, luckily they didn’t fall off but the Lettuce was all over the taco salad box. Wish they had put in a smaller bag or box more contained

Honestly i have NEVER eaten anything from Jimmy John’s and thats How I wish it would have Remained.. I just Got Jimmy John’s for the First time ever and I will never get it again. the Bread isnt Fresh its Very Tough to Pull apart. The veggies are Garbage or at least Thats were They Must have Gotten them From. ITS way to expensive to be So bad.. i dont Get it

Horrible!!! This place will not honor a jimmy john gift card that was purchased there. Owner is very rude! I used to spend approximately $300.00 a month there until the food and cleanliness went south. Today they lost me as a customer and Ill certainly get the word out. Don’t go to this location. As a business owner, if I’m in the wrong and or I cannot fulfill my promise I will give you the service. I’ve been very successful with this practice. Its not about the few dollars for the sandwich, its about integrity which this owner does not have. Mr. owner if you would like to contact me feel free to do so. I have a $25.00 gift card I would like to give you back were the sun don’t shine. Also if your employees are making the sandwiches they probable should remove their gloves when working cash register or change them before making sandwiches. I love this location. They are always cleaning when I go in and the staff is super friendly. They get my order correct which is hard to find these days, especially at other White Settlement fast food chains. My kids love coming here as well.
