First person in the store on Day One!! Beautiful & bigger than I thought it would be. Cashiers were really nice & I was very happy with the service. The food was really good & I will definitely come back. Make sure to use the app to order beforehand if you need it to be fast because the wings take 15-20mins to cook. Also they said if you do the survey you get a food item.

I was so happy to see Wingstop emerge here. Brings back some great memories from college life. I placed an order here and picked up 30 min later. It was delicious!! We went to pick up our food and the employee rung it up incorrectly and overcharged us for the food, he called the manager over to see how he could correct the amount but the manager changed the amount but it was still over the correct amount, he then threw away the receipt after overcharging for the meal and doing nothing to fix it.

Mediocre wings and consistently slow service. 20 to 30 minutes for an order of 10 wings every time we have gone. Their mobile ordering doesn’t allow you to pay online. It would appear they won’t make your order until you arrive and pay so they are assured of payment. They should get their online payment working and maybe this will help with preparation time.

Never had a problem Wingstop in the past… Today different story… DoorDash app said order would be ready by 7:49. I walk into the restaurant at 7:45 to be told my delivery was next and it.should be ready in “ give or take 10 minutes”. 25 minutes later, as I’m now pacing the floor, I see what I ”should be”i my delivery… jist for them to call out a different name. That employee goes back to their workstation and says “that order is next .” And to “give it 10 minutes.”

I give this place and location 10/10 .. great customer service , very respectful.. very on point with everything and fast food service . Never had an issue . The managers Maria and Irene are amazing and are very presentable and respectful .! Great place to stop at when coming through town.

Yes, they have the best wings in town, but their service sucks! I do my best to take into account staffing challenges these days, but bad service still needs to be recognized sometimes. This is the second time in a row that I have put in an online order only to have to wait and wait to get it. This time I waited longer than other off site orders and walk in orders, very frustrating.
