I love Taco Bell but this has to be the worst I’ve eaten at. Stopped in for lunch today and had a crunch wrap supreme and 2 hard tacos. The crunch wrap was pretty good but the hard tacos were stale and only half full of ingredients. The amount of meat in the entire taco was less that a teaspoon. Won’t be returning.

I ordered Mexican Pizza and got “Slop”. Not only did it look like it, tasted that way as well. Included two pics. What it’s supposed to be and what I got. Eat at this Taco Bell at your own risk.

The people were nice, but there is one MAJOR flaw with this place. First, the restaurant is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. If you actually stand there and look at the floors and in the corners, it might make you puke. I’ve definitely seen cleaner dumpsters than this place. Any regular at Taco Bell knows that it tastes… different. However, this place the food tastes like it was old and improperly stored/handled. Which adds up with the lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, I physically watched two workers from the food line go outside to take a woman her food, and return back to the food line. The problem is, THEY WERE STILL WEARING THE SAME GLOVES!!! They NEVER changed their gloves even though they opened the doors with their hands. One of the workers even scratched his head and face while wearing these gloves. I was so in shock I couldn’t say anything at first until I realized he was making my food with these gloves. I didn’t receive any attitude, but come on people, is proper etiquette still taught anymore??! Needless to say, I Will NOT be returning to this location again.

Very rude manager came to the drive thru window and let me know that my order was too large for the drive thru in a rude, condescending manner. As much as I like Taco bell, I will never return to this one. I just moved to the area recently, luckily everyone else in this town has been very kind. Just not the Sunday afternoon manager at Taco Bell. You would think that any business would appreciate a nice sized order and not chastise a customer.

I would like to start off by saying that the cashier was overall ok. Our first interaction didn’t go so smooth because he was not properly trained in the menu, However after I asked for a refund he showed me the menu in which I showed him where the menu item was. After realizing that the item I asked for was there he quickly got it for me free of charge for the inconvenience and thanked me for showing him. The food was ok as well a little burnt but overall good.

Cashiers are unfamiliar with the menu. Food is usually wrong. The managers are amazing however the employees often cannot handle a simple order. I just watched a customer assist the cashier in ordering food because they knew the menu better than the staff……

There is a smell of something that hits you when you walk in. Smells like dirty mop water or something close to it. It’s not just this one time it’s everytime I decide to sit inside and dine in. Food was good, and wait was minimal.
