1st time here, and I work up the road. Anywho, it’s very clean and pretty cute inside. The young lady that helped me just started working there 5 days ago kw and she was awesome. I dined in with a friend, and she made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and overall everyone was friendly and helpful. Try it.

OK so I’m a start this by saying that I am a huge Subway fan normally that’s the only place I’m going if I’m going to get a sub sandwich but today I wanted to try something a little different so I stopped at this fire house and I was completely taken back at the fact that the menu looks completely different, and I had no idea what I want it however, the young lady named Ashley was very knowledgeable and very patient with me and I can be a difficult person to deal with when it comes to making selections and she did not rush me to make a decision. She actually walked me through several different sandwiches. Her knowledge of the menu was refreshing compared to some other places I’ve been and she was also quite funny and very knowledgeable about football which is a pluse because it’s always nice to have a conversation continue and not get that awkward silence once you’ve made your order. All in all she made the experience great and the sandwich was pretty freaking good as well all in all five-star experience.

Above and Beyond Service! I placed an order for my sub and brownie online for the Killeen store and didn’t realize they didn’t deliver, so I called to cancel. Jeremiah from the Waco store answered. He was so helpful and kind. He told me how I could cancel and assured me if it didn’t work he would make sure it got taken care of. During the call he asked me where I was located and said, “You know what, we don’t deliver but I’m gonna bring it to you.” I gave him my office address and he brought it to me like 15 minutes later with a huge smile and kind spirit. I love businesses that truly understand customer service. Firehouse Subs is my go to for sure. I’ll spend money where it’s appreciated anytime!

Solid sub place. The sub tasted good and was large, but a bit expensive. The sugar cookie I got was totally meh but the brownie was pretty good. They have a coca cola make your flavor machine which is nice.

This afternoon, my friend and I had the amazing pleasure of having Ashley take our order and greet us. The high level of customer service and superb care was phenomenal. She was nonstop and very attentive to each of her customers’ needs. She is deserving of recognition for her strong work ethic, stellar customer service and genuine care for customers. They are very slow but usually make good food. The new staff isn’t very good though, I am actively watching them mess up a sandwich that, for some reason, takes them 15 minutes to make. I originally rated three stars but then I actively watched them mess up my basic hook and ladder and serve the people after me, who ordered two more subs than me, get their order.

As a former employee i can shed light on things many wouldn’t. I was terminated for a personal difference in opinion on a matter that should’ve just been left alone however to hear from customers who enjoyed my service when i see them at the store tell me Jerimiah, Xavier and Jennifer when in consistently badmouth you was disgusting as i had put 6 months of blood sweat tears and devotion into my job to find out this from several people. It’s so disturbing how little people care about the professional standards but to do that and think it’s ok is wrong.
