I placed an order on the app at 5:20am for a scheduled delivery later this evening for 4:30pm. After going to sleep at 5:30am (I’m a night owl), I woke up around noon to an email sent at 6:05am saying my order was cancelled. After calling the Customer Service number, I was informed to call the store to see what may have happened. I did, and the manager, Andrea, picked up. After going back and forth with her, and providing a Case Number, Andrea took it upon herself to figure things out. She was just as confused as I was. Andrea kept me posted as she got updates from the Customer Service agents. She was very polite and professional, doing whatever it took within her power to resolve a customer’s complaint. Very good customer service from Andrea. Will definitely frequent this location more often.

So I wondered why there was no one in the place when we went in to order, until I got our order home and opened it. They raised the prices and have downsized the food. Portions were way smaller! The bucket of thighs and legs were the smallest I’ve ever seen! Same goes for the corn, which looked like it was 2 days old and tasted it. The potatoes, another small portion. You raise the price and get smaller food! No more!
