Went to the drive thru at this location, waited for a while at the speaker which is no big deal. Ordered the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich meal, paid and got my food only to get home and and have a sandwich full of rotten lettuce. I ended up just throwing out the entire meal. I know it’s fast food and you try to serve the customers in a timely manner but you can tell lettuce is rotten pretty easily. It seems like it’s just kids in this store so care isn’t put into serving paying customers.

I went there for a pecan chicken salad, but of course they don’t have it anymore. So I ordered the fish, and it took a while, which they gave me two more pieces of for my wait so that was ok. But then my fries were soo stale! I never have a good experience there.

Considering the 3 roast beef sandwiches we just ordered were bloody, I don’t have anything positive to say. Maybe the raccoons in the dumpster (where they went upon opening) will. A truly grizzly uncooked mess! NO ONE in their right mind would eat that, nor should any sane person have put that nasty roast beef on a bun and served it to anyone. HELLO food poisoning if you’re dumb enough to eat that slop!

The food was alright, not the best. The service was horrible. There was this one guy who had taken our order, and he messed it all up. He was also very cranky and seemed as if his job was boring. I can tell he had never worked before. And the tables had crumbs and ketchup on them. So thats why i give 3 stars.

We ordered 3 beef n cheddar and 2 fries. Sat down and 15 minutes later received our food. They focus more on drive thru and grub hub orders. Had the app for 2 sandwich but couldn’t get it to open. The manager wasn’t interested enough to help with my coupon. So glad there is another arbys down the street.
