Quality seems to vary quite a bit here. Sometimes the chicken is perfectly done and delicious, while other times it’s dry and hard like they forgot to pull it out in time. The “popcorn chicken” deal they sometimes have was a huge disappointment. It’s 80% breading and super dry.

I feel like kfc has gone down hill the last few years. Seems like the food is always cold and chewy and every time I go there they forget either my dipping sauce or butter for my biscuit and I never done in so I have to stop the car and run in and get the condiments I asked for.
