Ordered two meals today, a bowl and a quesadilla. Service was cold and slow, we weren’t acknowledged until we spoke with the woman working cash. Both meals were burned, the quesadilla was ordered with all vegetarian ingredients yet we were served multiple pieces of steak mixed in with the other food. There were a couple other minor mixups with the order as well. Disappointing for someone that used to frequent this location before moving closer to Perrysburg.

Longtime regular customer here. I go to this location at least once a week and have done so for years. I love the food, but everything else needs serous work here. The employees are nice and they are trying but it is clear that they need better management. Went this past Saturday and the restaurant was a mess. They were out of medium drink lids so I asked for a large cup since they had tons of large lids. They were out of large cups. They said the manager was supposed to bring some. That is unacceptable. The fountain drink machine is regularly out of pibb and coke. This location should be making a killing on sales but loses so much business because of poor management. I hope Chipotle corporate sees this and makes some changes here.

The food tastes great and the staff is so nice. My complaint is every time I order with the mobile app here my food takes 3 times as long as if I simply came in the store and ordered. Typically about 15 minutes past the quoted time.

Gag! I’ve been ordering from chipotle especially this one for a very long time now however it’s clear they stop caring. I’ve ordered the tomato salsa 3 different times on 3 different days of the week and every time it has been disgusting! The sour foul smelling salsa has been one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced from a pretty large corporation restaurant. The rice has become undercooked and crunchy, they never have “coke” so when you order from an app they just give you whatever they can, if you order from an app they will also be sure to put in no care what so ever, meaning if you get a burrito bowl they’ll give you JUST the meat? I’m sad to say that this one chipotle has ruined any experience ever again, I’m writing this as I tried to give it one more yesterday and now have food poisoning today.

Waited over 20 minutes for their staff to cash out four customers in line. When I got to the front of the line they had no beans, meats, and a small amount of rice. No one relayed to the line of people that they were running low or out of specific items. The guy said he could go “cook some steak up” but it would take roughly 5,10,15 minutes. Lol have to love it.
