Chipotle location is good and it was less crowded at thing. Good part about this location is it is open to 11PM at night. I visited them multiple times and they were having all the topping and siddes available even when it was closing time. Otherwise many stores runs out 30 min to an hour early for few items.

Went to this location and the cashier had the worst attitude. When making my bowl the young man just literally threw the ingredients inside of the bowl. The bowl was literally running over and a mess. When it came time to make my husband burrito it was NOT properly rolled and the foil was ripping. They tried to place order inside the bag and the bad had cheese all over and lettuce due to horrible care of food. When asking for a new bag the cashier kept repeating the total then I requested to speak to the manger. Her statement was and I quote they are all in training. She was polite but the cashier was still had a very disgraceful attitude. It was cooks in the back on their phones instead of assisting customers. This location needs a retraining completely. I will be making it aware to corporate of the matter and for them to look into this location. Todays treatment was completely unacceptable.

Thank you to Jacob who worked the drive-thru around 2 pm. I came to pick up my mobile order, he was very friendly and offered my dog a little piece of meat for the road. Totally made my day and so glad to have had that interaction! I attached pictures for everyone to see both myself and my dog enjoying our Chipotle.

We do enjoy Chipotle and this location is really good. Fast and friendly service, delicious food, easy access. Nestled among several other restaurants along West Belfort by the Waterview area this Chipotle is a great option for a quick bite.

This is the best location and best customer service I have ever gotten at a Chipotle. There are 2 ladies that fixed my order today, 4 chicken and cheese tacos, one chicken bowl, 2 sides of sour cream and a peligrino water, all to go. They were so friendly and are every time I come there. If they read this review, they will know I am talking about their awesomeness!!!

I would like to start by saying this has been one of the worst experiences I have had with Chipotle. Getting food poisoning is no joke, the problem is clear in your face. By the looks of it, the chicken and stake seem to be set out for hours of contaminated air that builds up bacteria. Air is recognized as an important source of microbial contamination in food production facilities. Any point at which the food product is exposed to air is a possible route for airborne contamination. I’m sure we all know what salmonella is, preventing it would be cooking the chicken all the way, avoiding cross-contamination, or getting rid of any residue blood on anything that touches other food items. Seems like they don’t have good management, and are run by a bunch of kids. Every time I would look there was a tremendous amount of talking and doing nothing just sitting there. Never will I return to Chipotle and will say I have never gotten food poisoning till I came here. The food wasn’t even that good and I feel I could have made it better at home, which should not be the case. Thank you for making me waste $14 for a meal that not only made me throw up but gave me sickness.

Whenever I visit Chipotle, I always end up ordering the same thing. The staff there is usually very kind and patient, although there are times when they might not be. I believe that respect should be given in order to receive it. Apart from that, I would recommend picking up your order instead of ordering online. Ordering online can sometimes lead to issues like missing food or smaller portions. And It’s always better to have that personal interaction when picking up your order.

I have been here 3 different occasions and each time has been consistently terrible. This to me was the final straw. I came here for Saturday dinner at 8:30PM. I ordered a burrito bowl with a side of tortilla. I was told that they could not warm up the tortilla.. which is completely new, no reason was given. Later, another customer came in wanting a burrito and made a comment that they have not been warming their tortillas for the past two weeks. If your equipment is broken, it should be fixed immediately. However, if this is a new corporate initiative, I would liked to have been told. I still got the tortilla, cold.

Visited on June 16th around 3 pm. Wanted a burrito bowl – chicken. They didn’t have chicken. So I tried a steak burrito bowl and I’m still chewing on that steak til this day. It was super dry and tough. A lot of the toppings looked dry and not fresh. Hate I went there when I was hungry. I made a poor choice. Just close for the evening if the store can’t be ran properly. Employees were unenthused to be there. Went down too fast.
