NASTY! Found a nasty blonde hair in my sandwich & immediately threw up!! COuldnt even eat the rest of the food I ordered after that!! Wish I had the receipt (had a friend pick up my families order as I am disabled and do not drive) Paid over $40 for all of the items for myself and 3 kids!!!!! I want to throw up just thinking about it!!! Will not be back!!!

Lady bagging up orders for drive thru doesn’t acknowledge me for 3 mins. No hi no be rite there nothing. Ridiculous attitude. Even rude and couldn’t communicate with her employees who tried. If u don’t like c working here then find something else to do. Why hate ur job and then be rude unprofessional in front of customers that pay your check.

Couldn’t manage to get the order entered correctly after that they couldn’t manage to cook it properly or even put it in the bag. Drive through order that took 20 minutes and a trip inside. Will not be going back to this location.

This Arby’s needs an update more than any other Arby’s in Louisville. The decor is horrible, everything is old and/or broken. This Arby’s probably hasn’t had a remodel in the last 20 years. I hope corporate can do something to change this. Service is very slow, but I think this is due to staffing issues and antiquated systems.

Seems like any evening that I go to this Arby’s, they have the maximum number of cars holding – that is most evenings for the last several months that I’ve gone to this location. The other night, I was the 4th car, but this evening, it was enough to block the drive-thru, and this is after the wait required to even place the order. The staff wanted me to pull forward again, but there wasn’t even room tonight, so I just waited around awkwardly at the window while the store team decided what it wanted to do. I don’t know if this is a staffing issue at this location or if the manager just wants cars out of the drive through to improve reported times – it seems like it would be more efficient to just serve customers through the window instead of walking it out.

I never leave reviews but Kim deserves one. We decided to stop at the Arby’s in Fern Creek and we were pleasantly surprised with her customer service. It was just her and the cook working. It’s very rare to go to a fast food restaurant and receive top notch customer service anymore. She deserves a raise!!

Very old and clearly in need of renovation. Unfortunately our order was wrong and our kids meal was forgotten which made us have to turn around and go back. Our wrong food was classic Arbys.
