I wish I could rate 0 stars for the numerous times I have patronized this Dunkin’ Donuts only to be disappointed. Don’t go here! The employees always ruin my drink by refusing to write the order down or even listen to the order in the first place. They waste my money and my time. They have been given multiple chances when the cafe is completely empty and when busy, always the same result… total incompetence.

I ordered 2 drinks and 6 donuts. 4 Boston creme a jelly and a strawberry frosted. The drinks were perfect but the donuts. Not so much. Not only did they look like they were thrown down the stairs a couple of times but I didn’t even get my jelly donut. I was given another strawberry. Now if that is just that they didn’t have a jelly that’s fine but for them to look smothered and smashed around is unacceptable.

This location used to be very good when a young blonde guy worked there, since he left its gone down hill. Made a mobile order 10 min prior to arriving bc I know how long its been taking to recieve order and still had to wait a good 5 minutes… just for a basic coffee

This location is conveniently acrossed the street from me, not sure why I still go, they mess up orders constantly and the drinks went down hill over the last year. I hope this place gets better as it’s very convenient and waste of a good Dunkin.

This place is a train wreck; purchased 2 hot lattes. Waited 10 full minutes. When I got them home, not 5 minutes later, the cups were half empty and the drink was lukewarm. I called to complain. A recording says that the store is not taking calls.

I used to go to this Dunkin donuts every morning. The people that work here just seem so confused every morning I see them getting people’s order wrong all the time and getting the drinks mixed up with the people that ordered. I started to use the online app and it seems very inconsistent. I ask for my coffee to be light and sweet and when I get there I have straight black coffee or the bacon sandwich which I order all the time gets one piece of bacon? The only time there is order is when there is a manager present here. I’m giving it 2 stars because I’m sure the workers are nice but the service and lack of attention are not there. Sorry but I’d rather travel to the Dunkin in Tom’s River rather than deal with inconsistency here

Okay today was the last straw! As if the other day with only one person in front of me it took 18 minutes to get to me! Now today I ordered through the app 26 min ago my coffee is done but not the food?! I will be calling corporate and any other complaint departments I can this is constant behavior of this location! I will also be offering to purchase this location as their are rules to obliged by when owning a franchise! Hopefully this owner gets their franchise name pulled and myself or anyone opens one that actually functions! The only employee who works there is the older white lady she’s sweet and hustles the others careless

This is a terrible Dunkin. Every time I order for delivery, they forget something in my order. Then, when I try to call to tell them about it, they either hang up on me or are rude. I don’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone. Totally unprofessional.

I got a latte that had whipped cream and I very nicely asked if they could take it off and the manager basically said I was wasteful and was so mean to me all because I asked if they could just take the whipped cream off that’s all:( Never going here again.
