We went here on our vacation and loved it! Everyone agreed it was great barbecue. I definitely recommend the house-made pub chips! My dad liked that the ribs weren’t falling off the bone. The lemonade was also extra special with real strawberries added. The atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable. It’s very welcoming and feels family-friendly. Service was also good. My only complaint is that the dessert quality was a little below average.

We just had a fantastic meal at Baylee Jo’s. This restaurant could probably afford to be mediocre. It’s one of the only restaurants in a small tourist town, sitting in a hotel parking lot, so I’m sure they would get plenty of first-time customers even if they weren’t that great. But they obviously aren’t content to be mediocre. Every single thing my family ordered was amazing. Some of the best BBQ we have ever had. The ribs, pulled pork, and prime rib sandwich all get rave reviews! The homemade chips were amazing as well. Deep fried corn on the cob was interesting and fun. We would travel out of our way to have Baylee Jo’s again.

Amazing from start to finish! Pork rinds, tacos, pork steak, giant BBQ potato, smoked chicken, 2 meat platter and finished with the amazing cheesecake…. everything was amazing and the service was great. Friendly staff and great food. This is our new favorite spot in our area for sure!!!

This place was amazing, we stopped by here as a group of 35 or so and was serviced well. The food was fantastic. I would suggest getting the smoked chicken or the pork steak. I did also get the ribs, not the biggest fan of the ribs. The rest of the meal was great, though. I will definitely be going back, and I suggest if you are in the area, you stop as well. The prices can not be beat either. I will be getting the 3 meat platter next time agian.

Sorry we didn’t take photos the food was so good and we were so hungry. My husband got the prime rib dinner and it was tender and delicious. I tried the surf and turf dinner and the grilled shrimp was amazing! I want to try their shrimp dinner now. Chocolate cake was on point as well. Exceptional service! I want to go here again.

I got the dinner tacos, which was one fish, one shrimp, and one beef taco. They were all really good! The fries and beans were really good as well. Can’t wait to try more, and it’s a great way to end a day of mountain biking at Shepherd Mountain.
