Ordered online and went to pick up. I waited at the counter without being acknowledged. When someone did come over I got my food and went home. The root beer float I Ordered was just a small cup half full of rootbeer….no ice cream. The food was also cold. Terrible experience, I will not return to this location. I hope the management reads these, I was here Saturday at 1:30 and the location was not busy, this food is unacceptable for the amount paid!

We ate inside and there was an absolutely wonderful employee who seemed like she may have been the manager? Not sure but she was friendly and kind and really gave off the vibe that she loved her job, which is always so nice! It really added to our experience!

Ordered a triple. Wanted 1 slice of cheese on it. I wanted pepper jack. I got it with 3 pieces of cheese: 1 pepper jack and 2 american. I mentioned that it was wrong. The employee just looked at me like I was crazy. There could be a medical reason for some requests. They should at least respond when a customer complains.

Spending $54 for 2 burgers and a patty melt–combos–and a side of onion rings, 3 sundaes would be easier if the service wasn’t poor and the food was consistent….the drive-thru menu needs to be updated. If you no longer serve it, take it off the board.

There was a black hair cooked into my burger. I’m blonde so I’m positive it wasn’t mine. I’m also positive that it was literally cooked into the meat because when I saw it and tried to pull it out it took part of the patty with it. Absolutely disgusting. Their burgers are already overpriced at $8 for just a burger and I didn’t even get to finish mine because there was a strangers hair in it. What a disappointing waste of money.

No I wont return. The fish wasn’t seasoned and there was only one option of fries. I like normal size fries. Those are way too skinny for adults to be eating. The drink was strong. The atmosphere was great. The tater tots were good. The burger was good. Nothing spectacular to brag about so I cant really reccomend any dish to any one but the drink.

When I was born I almost slipped and failed when I walked in the lobby. Lobby floors are oily and slick. Every single table in this place is dirty the floors are dirty as well. I can’t even sit on the top table because my feet are slipping off of the stool not coming back here

I ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger. It was great. First time I’ve eaten at a Freddy’s and I was pretty satisfied. The burger was seasoned just right. It actually tasted like a burger I would make at home. I definitely will be going back!

This is a nice place to relax and enjoy a good meal with family and it’s set up like a modern 1950s diner. Theres a lady that announces your order on a loud speaker, and I didn’t particularly like this at first. If you’re like me and usually skeptical when burgers are on the menu, this is not the place to do that. The burgers are VERY juicy and have nice crispy edges. I thoroughly enjoyed mine! The fries could be thicker, but that was my only negative as far as food.
