After a long hike we wanted something filling and good. This place didn’t disappoint. I had the carne asada fajita and my fiance had the 5 tacos. Both were very good. Not too salty, and hit the right spot for what we were craving. More than plenty to fill our bellies and the price wasn’t bad either paid about 26$ not including tip. Would come back if we ever are in this area again. Very good travel spot!

My dad and I were on a clockwise tour around the Grand Canyon in March 2018. We had been hiking in Red Cliffs SP and needed lunch before we headed to the Kolob Canyons section of Zion NP. Google maps sent us here. What a misnomer by being labeled as “comfort food.” This is not the greasy spoon that you’d expect.

Food is great. Best ribs I’ve ever had by far! So meaty and such a thick smokey bark around the outside that I felt like I was eating candy. They were that good! We also had the Fajitas which were so fresh and yummy! On a previous visit I had the fried cheesecake and it was just okay. Don’t come to this place for the dessert or sides – Come for the BEST BBQ and Mexican food!!!

The best BBQ in the St. George area I’ve had, and to my knowledge, I’ve tried them all. Very friendly owner, who provided great service. The pulled pork was out of this world, and the house BBQ sauce was amazing. This last time I went I got the brisket, which was seriously out of this world. My son got a brisket sandwich, which was piled high with meat. They didn’t skimp at all.

Great food, Great Service. The owner (Gus) is the cook, and he really cares about his food and his customers! He came out and personally asked if we were satisfied. There is local art on the wall and sculptures around the seating area that are absolutely stunning. Family friendly environment. Only been there once because of the Location (Leeds is too far from my house) but want to go again!!!
