I wanted to say a massive “THANK YOU” to the staff at Domino’s at 13019 Sorrento Rd in Pensacola. When one half of our family decided to go and have a beach vacation without the rest of us, we wanted to remind them that family is the most important thing. We figured sending them a large pizza with the word “FAMILY” spelled out in pepperonis was an appropriate way to do so. After having our unique request turned down by a half dozen other local pizza places, we were delighted that Domino’s seemed so eager to step up and help us accomplish our mission. Throughout the process, the entire staff at Domino’s was courteous, prompt, and excited by the notion of delivering our message. They executed our plan flawlessly, and from the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for helping us remember that family is the most important thing.

Had a really great pizza tonight! Shout-out to Angela (who, according to the app was preparing the pie) and to the delivery driver who delivered it quickly so that it was still hot when it arrived. The thin crust pizza was super crunchy with just the right balance of sauce and ingredients. Excellent!

Wow! As I approached a red light at an intersection planning to turn right, the Dominos delivery person in the red Nissan truck behind me honked before I even stopped. Dang, a bit reckless and impatient. Please remind your driver s/he is representing Dominos. Be safe!

This is the 2nd time recently that I have ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with extra hot sauce and it comes with NO hot sauce. l do not see how this happens. Someone needs to slow down and check the orders before they go out the door. They offered me a credit on the last one. I just want them to get my order correct…

The young man that assisted us Friday, 1/14 @ 2:28 pm was personable, polite and on the ball even though he appeared to be the only staff member on site. Piazza and bites were delicious and he met me at the counter with my hot to go order. Well done all around!

Received the wrong order, when I called the store to express my concern “David” (i don’t believe this was his name) immediately started giving me attitude saying there’s nothing he can do and that they can’t replace my order being they didn’t have anymore drivers for the night. I told him it says right on dominoes website that it says “if you’re not completely satisfied with your dominoes delivery experience for whatever reason, dominoes will make it right.” He said he doesn’t have to and the best he can do is give me store credit and I told him i never go in, that i always order online. He said he isn’t going to help me and said he cancelled that request and the proceeded to talk over me and kept saying he doesn’t have to do anything for me and that he didn’t know what was wrong with my pizza and i tried telling him what was missing and he said that i was bothering him and taking time away from his work and hung up on me.. I called back and asked for the managers name on the morning and he said he can’t give that out and said I’ve already told you once I’m not doing anything for you and hung up on me for a second time…..

Tuesday June 15 2021 Charged me $18 for a $7 pizza, something was definitely not kosher about this visit ALL MILITARY TO AVOID THIS LOCATION due to sub standard pizza and unprofessional conduct.

We order from here several times a month and had always good experiences. But, the last 3 orders have all had issues. Once we weren’t given the sauces I paid for. And twice we were delivered a medium pizza instead of the large I paid for. The first time it happened, they sent me out the correct size pizza. The second time when I called I just asked them to credit me for the difference I paid. The person I spoke with said he wasn’t able to do that but put a “credit on my phone number” for a free 2 topping medium pizza.

If your cashing in your rewards points, don’t expect your pizza any time soon. I’ve earned 7 free pizza and every time I don’t get it until nearly 2 hours and it’s always stale and cold. Sometimes they don’t even slice it.
