Nope. Rotten vegetables (tried carrot and celery and both were sour and spit them out.) Cold fries as limp as shoelaces. Soggy chicken, also cold, and see the size. I want my money, time, and expectations back. Oh, and took over an hour from right around the corner.

I went in to buy three $20 gift cards. The cashier was singing and playing on her phone so it took a while to wait on people before me in line. When I asked for gift cards, she asked someone for help from someone else. She said they didn’t have any. I tried to get a drink before leaving but the machine had no ice and NO available diet drinks… I tried all of them!

I’m a truck driver passing through town waited about 30 minutes to 40 minutes for a 15 piece meal, after receiving my order I got back on the road, drove about 10-15 minutes up the road and ate my fries, grabbed my wings, looked at my wings they look like they have been cooked in under temperature grease and then I took a bite into the wing, and immediately spat the meat out realizing I had been served spoiled meat. I turned around and drove 15 minutes back to the location. demanding a refund, the employee told me they weren’t allowed to do refunds and she needed to call her boss, she got on the phone with the supposed manager which never talk to me directly and said they were going to refund my money, I said please give me a receipt of the refund no one could provide it, I waited about 30 to 40 minutes before I decided just to call my bank and file a dispute. This place was being ran by a bunch of teenagers, the kitchen was filthy, soda dispenser was broken, couldn’t even provide me with the drink that came with my meal, no napkins or anything. I would never advise anyone to eat at this place.

Customer service was horrendous. Employees were unprofessional, threatening to walk out on the job in front of customers. One customer came in and complained about the food being undercooked while I was there. Racial remarks were also thrown around between one employee and a customer as well. The atmosphere was truly uncomfortable. The floors felt like walking on adhesives. To top it all off, I found out my order was short when I came home. Needless to say, I would steer clear of this wing stop location.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. I ordered online and it said pickup would be in 16-21 minutes. I showed up at the 20 minute mark, and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. The staff there barely acknowledged me, didn’t communicate that it would be late, etc. When I got back to my office and opened up the bag, the wings I ordered with dry rub parmesan garlic flavor were seasoned only with SPRINKLE PARMESEAN CHEESE! They were disgusting. Plus, they only gave 7 when it was an order of 8. Disappointing is an understatement. Don’t bother wasting your time or money going here!

I ordered the 15 piece meal for 2! Wasn’t even able to eat it my garlic Parm wings were fried extra hard and had little to no garlic flavor nor the parm shake.. the wings were just dried out.. my daughter had the barbecue ..she had so much sauce on them she had to wipe each wing with a Napkin to even attempt to eat them.. Horrible Experience & this is the 2nd time actually. Maybe we should just go elsewhere from now on wings.
