When I found Del Taco, I left Taco Bell alone. I fell in love but tonight has me sitting on the fence. We all have a bad moment and I caught this location in one. I ordered a huge order (almost $100). I arrived to get my order but the grill was down. So I had to wait to get my food, then when I return I’m told that there are limited items. I literally have to wait an hour to get my food, and then when I return to my destination to distribute the food I did not get the crunchy tacos I asked for, None of my drinks were large. I did not get my burrito, my milkshake did not bring the boys to the yard and I should have gotten three fries, I only got two and they were burnt to hell. I am extremely angry about this experience and my freaking food.

My first time ever going for myself because my son knows I love tacos so he takes me and I go inside for myself and was I a happy camper. The tacos are much better than Taco Bell to me and to my surprise they have shakes. I thought I was in heaven and the young man who took my order was very polite and professional.

This restaurant just randomly stop taking order. Ppl do not come out and greet letting you know there’s a problem. They just hide in the back. No one says anything in the drive thru. Terrible customer service

Do not come to this location. They need to fire everyone inside. They had three people inside and no one in the Drive-Thru and would not take my order inside told me I had to go through the drive-thru if I wanted to get any food because they were short-staffed even though no one was outside giving any orders. These people pretty much just don’t want to work in a riding the clock getting free money because they’re turning away customers. And of course they do this on Taco Tuesday.

Zero stars. Overall the worst experience this year; I sat down to dine in for the first and last time. First we were harassed by a former employee hanging out who acted mentally unstable. Tacos had an old unfresh odor/ taste, vs putting fries in grease, they attempted to serve fries that were microwaved, water bugs attacked the other couple sitting across from us. Employees and management were unsympathetic when issuing refunds. EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY

My whole Order was wrong and I ordered it through Uber eats , my driver asked for a receipt and they act like they couldn’t give him one , I got a drink I didn’t ask for , a burrito that wasn’t what I order, then I was missing other items that I ordered to feed my family , this was my first time eating and ordering from this establishment, it was a disaster epic fail , just know first impressions are lasting one

If you own this place, your employees are killing this business. We drove 20 minutes here from Atlanta to watch a bunch of employees sitting at tables not answering the drive thru window. So we walked in the lobby and they say their system is down. I say I can pay online and just pick up? She laughs and says no and slams the door in our face.

Ok so this is the first time I’ve ever had Del Taco and it was pretty good. It taste more authentic and way better then Taco Bell. The nachos were really good, don’t judge them since I asked for no veggies but they were delicious lol. I didn’t like the Loaded Queso Burrito much because it had fries in it but that was my fault for choosing it, otherwise everything else was great.
