Waited about 10 minutes before someone decided to come help us (inside not the drive-thru) tenders were great however the chicken legs and thighs were way over cooked. Our biscuits looked like they had been sat on and the fries were co pletely flattened in the bottom of the bag.

I came to pick up an online order just now.. the doors to the restaurant were already closed & it’s only 6:15pm. I went to the drive thru speaker & the person on the speaker gave me an EXCESSIVE wait time of 25 minutes for chicken! I could see the workers from the window as I was parked outside in the parking lot waiting for my order & they were only talking in a group & eating! None of them were doing anything related to work. I left. They also told the next person who pulled up to the drive thru something that just caused them to drive away. The atmosphere was horrible, you can really tell that they just want their customers to leave.

Avoid this location. The cashier and the guy who prepped my order both had that “my life sucks” facial expression. Not friendly or welcoming. They failed to accommodate a request I made cause the chicken was already in the box. I was like, okay, no big deal. I got home, and the chicken was as sad as the facial expression of those guys. The skin and the chicken had NO yummy flavor. No salt or seasoning. It was overly crispy, and it tasted like old cooking oil. Never again.

You need to give people napkins! Why is it that no Church’s chicken in Texas gives napkins? I end up having to wipe my hands on my pants. Gross! And why is it that none of your employees seem to understand that some people eat chicken with barbecue sauce? Every time I ask for barbecue sauce, they take out the gravy from the meal even when I ask for it to be included and tell them I will pay for it. Great chicken. Bad systems. Not thinking of customer experience. Every time I order I have to turn around a go back to get napkins after I already drove away.

I went and waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the speaker, then I waited 30 minutes to get my food and it was so cold and hard. It wasn’t even worth the wait. The cashier didn’t have change and I was waiting patiently just to get cold hard food. No napkins were given to us.

I really like jalapeno bombers for sure and the country gravy too !! The chicken tenders sometimes can’t explain, sometimes the meat is soft and very tasty and other times it’s tough slimy like if it isn’t cook properly ? If a mistake is made they will fix it right away the nice managers give you a lil extra for your trouble the others just give you what was missing like 1 biscuit or 1 bomber I mean it’s far to go back for that but if they do often then it’s a bigger problem !! The wait time is ridiculous for starters. You have to check your food every single time as they always seem to over look something or another. I went in this evening and had 3 people ahead of me. They weren’t there to order stuff, but went in from the drive thru because they were missing an item or two. I too, was missing a couple things. There seems to be no management around or leadership. This is unfortunately, the closest church’s we have.

I have eaten at alots of Church chicken,but this place takes the cake on bad bad food and the open hours that’s a big joke it,s says close at 10 pm no more at 9 pm I have been there two,s times and both time it was closed up and yes the food is over cook all the time and never what you ask for……
