Been here several times, today service through the drive through was good when I unwrapped my sandwich tok my first bite ( no turkey) second third etc. Half of my 8 inch turkey with peppers oil vinegar and cheese xtra was half empty. Being on the go as I am alot I do not have time to go back and make a complaint. I will still use Jimmy johns as my go to spot. Hopefully this is a one time thing.

So happy Jimmy Johns has come to Connecticut!! Great sandwiches here per Jimmy John’s high standard. Fresh bread (I could go on about the bread for days…), good portions of meat, and prepared super quickly. The vibes in this location were great! Friendly staff and very clean. I’ll be back soon!!

I normally buy sandwiches from Mom & Pop shops and not franchises, but I was on my lunch break and running an errand and Jimmy Johns was next door. First, I got there around 12:30pm and the place was empty, there were four people behind the counter, one took my order and I paid for it, one was making sandwiches, one was wrapping sandwiches, and one to put the sandwich in a bag. The sandwich maker guy was doing phone orders and walk in’s and I didn’t wait that long, but seemed pretty inefficient. The sandwich was pretty sad, only one choice of cheese and sliced thinner than I thought was possible, I also didn’t realize some (or all?) the toppings are a dollar extra. Although I could stand to lose a few pounds the ingredients were pretty skimpy compared to their competition and nothing unique or outstanding to draw me back. I think I’ll pass on Jimmy John’s and stick with my local favorites.

Food tasted as good as always, but I unfortunately found a hair tangled in my sandwich. I did notice the employees weren’t wearing hairnets which explains why that happened lol. Manager was apologetic and compensated another sandwich but don’t think I’ll be a returning customer unless the problem is solved.
