A group of my friends went to this restaurant for the first time last night. We had a wonderful dinner. I had a veal cutlet Parmesan that was off the charts the waiter was awesome. The chef even came out to introduce himself. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant.

Amazing authentic Italian fare. The Zucchini Flower appetizer is the best I’ve ever had. I paired that with the veal with lemon and artichoke. Another fantastic dish. This is a must go to for those who enjoy authentic fresh Italian cooking.

First time here and it will not be my last. Food and service were perfect. Grilled veal chop with peppers, mushrooms and onions was so good i was sad at the last bite. Service was more like a family dining experience…plenty of conversation melted the eve away. Met the chef who is truly an awesome “professor”. Good luck and God bless Il Professore

My wife and I come from Italian backgrounds and are very familiar with the cuisine, cooking and eating at home and in restaurants in the US and Italy for our entire lives. I have to say our experience here was terrific. It is rare to find an excellent and authentic Italian restaurant in Florida, and this is one of them. The restaurant is decorated in a very romantic way and there is just enough background music to be inviting without preventing a relaxing conversation. I had veal scaloppine which was perfectly cooked in an extremely tasty lemon sauce. My wife’s fettucine frutti di mare was also delicious with very fresh seafood and in a light tomato sauce that paired with it wonderfully. The pasta was not chewy or mushy, but cooked just right. Our lemon semifreddo dessert was a great way to cap off our meal and evening. This is not an Olive Garden or everything-covered-in-red-sauce place, but if you want delicious and authentic Italian food without needing your passport, take a trip to Tequesta and have dinner at Il Professore. You will be very happy that you did. We are already planning our return. Buon appetito e in boca al lupo a questo fantastico e nuovo ristorante.

I have been coming to this location for a long time but now this new restaurant is serving truly authentic Italian food in a very pleasant atmosphere that I have always enjoyed. Tonight I had the Papperdel with veal Ragu and a very.fresh salad. I will be back, and I highly recommend to others.
