In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Customer service is horrible. Today, Wednesday 8/23/2023 around 1:45pm, I ordered food through the drive thru. I requested pink lemonade to go with my order. The cashier gave me the wrong drink. I asked her could she swap it out, she rolled her eyes and began complaining to the other employee about me and my request for another drink. The other employee went ahead and made the correct drink. Bad attitudes chase away potential customers. Will I ever go back to the checkers in Miami on N.W 27th Ave and 183rd street? No way! I wouldn’t go back even if they were to give out free food.

i usually never leave reviews but the girl who took my order was SO RUDE. i asked her for the price of a milkshake and she said she “didn’t know” with a REALLY bad attitude. like what do you mean you don’t know? couldn’t she just check and let me know???. I work at a fast food restaurant and i would NEVER give this type of customer service. she had a really bad attitude even when giving me the food, i was nice to her ALL along so she didn’t have a reason to be disrespectful. i Don’t think i’ll ever come back.

I never visited checkers and will not after the bad experience I had at another checkers where the grease was dark, making my fish sandwich very greasy..it went in the garbage. Thank God I didn’t eat it. I probably would have gotten food poisoning..yucky

My boyfriend and I just left this place. The lady taking our at the drive thru and seemed extremely rude. Instead of making sure completely that we didn’t want anything else or if we wanted to upside our order. She just continued to rush us and she didn’t give me my receipt. He ordered a number one with a medium root beer and I ordered a five dollar meal but I wanted the fries and a drink to be upgraded to a medium root beer. She tells me that the five dollar meal comes as is and cannot be upgraded but that’s not what it’s showing on their app. Checker’s really need to invest in hiring employees with better customer service skills because all this did was remind me of why I stopped eating Checker’s. The employees there has no customer courtesy whatsoever. Give me what I’m willing to pay for as a customer. Bottom Line!!!!
