I have heard so much about Five Guys, so my expectations were pretty high. The first thing I noticed was that it smelled like raw bloody meat! The burger was soggy and not that tasty. I’m not sure what the hype is all about, but they do have great fries. Large goes very very far. I was also disappointed that they have mushrooms but no Swiss cheese!! They do offer self-serve peanuts which was cool.

Been coming to this location for years, it has gone slowly downhill. Tonight was the final straw. Found hair in one of the burgers and now experiencing abdominal pain from eating the food. Missing items on an order or giving us the wrong food is one thing, but food poisoning is a real shame. Won’t be back for overpriced burgers, fries and shakes only to get sick afterwards. Save your money and try another burger joint.

didn’t request ketchup on the burger.. disgusting. do you have 10 year olds working behind the counter who aren’t competent enough to follow basic instruction and also think adding ketchup on a bacon cheeseburger is acceptable?

Getting pricey, downsize to 3 guys and maybe I’ll eat there more. Start fries immediately unless stated otherwise. They get soggy fast anyways so fix your spud quality or change oil. Dislike waiting behind a huge order just for some fries. Invest in egg timers. You all lucky it was delicious.

No one should pay $50 for two burgers, two drinks and one order of small fries. Plus the burgers are the size of McDonald’s burgers now compared to before. HIGH PRICES SMALL BURGERS NOT WORTH THE $$$$$ selling burger for filet mignon prices at Happy meal portions NOPE..

Crowded store. Friendly crew working. The guy taking our order didn’t know what some of menu items were and had to turn around and look at the menu (it’s not like they have a big menu) to look for what we ordered. Strange. Food was good but some of the order was incorrect. Disappointed in a couple of things but happy with the quality of food. Hope for some improvements from this store.

Pretty good place to get a burger. Large portions, good crew, and decent dining room space. A little on the pricer side, but you get what you pay for.

Ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks for a total of $38. It was ready to go quickly, which was great, but the burgers were so soggy they fell apart as soon as we tried to eat them. Everything on the burger was soaked with grease and mayonnaise. The fries were limp and overseasoned. NOT worth the money. Never again!

Super dirty and super pricey. The burger was good but had grease all over it and was not worth the premium price. The customer service was good. The floors, condiments area and kitchen were dirty needed some attention. I don’t think I’ll return anytime soon..

Overpriced (former managers have admitted to this), fries are dried out, sandwich is dry. First they didn’t give me the milkshake. Then, the milkshake had so much artificial sweeteners, it tasted toxic. Worst Five Guys I’ve been to!
