Today was our first visit to Tiffany’s at the Stables. We were very pleased with the food and the service. Today was Sunday brunch with the buffet option or choose from the menu. As it was around 1:00 pm we decided to order from the menu. Their beignets were amazing! They were better than the ones in New Orleans with an wonderful dipping sauce. Belinda was the Chef today and all of the food was delicious. We both had the BELT burger with a fried green tomato instead of regular tomato. We had a really good Mimosa as well. Our server was Jennifer and she was very attentive. I definitely recommend giving Tiffany’s a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Everything about this place is 5 stars! The look, service, food, drinks, people, and drink. While in Aiken, we happened on their Instagram page, and they were having a Happy Hour, so my wife wanted to go. The place is in an old working stable, so you pull into a dirt parking lot that’s in a stone square. You walk through a little archway and make your way to the large, stable doors to go in. To the right is a very cozy bar with a few tables. To the left is the dining room. We sat in the bar and ended up chatting it up with the staff. We ended up meeting almost everyone. The chef can out and made sure the food we ordered was good.. he studied in Spain and other places, then he told us he was creating a whole menu. Tiffany herself came by and talked with us for quite a while. Telling us the history and every day going on. She is quite the spitfire, lots of fun. The bartenders were fantastic. We ordered some Fried Green Tomatoes, and they were some of the best I’ve had. I understand that reservations are encouraged for dinner, but hanging at the bar is well worth it as well. They do have a large outdoor area, where, with good weather, lots of events happen. This is an Aiken Gem, so you should make the time to visit!

First time trying out this restaurant and quickly realized that this place was Aiken’s diamond in the rough. The ambiance was amazing; candlelight dinner, live acoustic music, great staff, overall a set scene from a Hallmark movie.

Only one customer in the entire restaurant and they seated us next to them.

We just arrived from out of town and we’re trying to fire out where to eat dinner. I came across this place and immediately wanted to try it. Run. Don’t walk. Lovely staff. Really cool establishment and the food….delicious. I don’t normally order steak at a restaurant. It’s either overly seasoned or over cooked. That wasn’t the case tonight. Tonight, our steaks were cooked exactly how we asked and had the right amount of seasoning. We ordered the portobello tenders and it came with French fries. For our dinner, I ordered the 8oz Prosciutto wrapped filet. My husband ordered the Chefs special, 12oz Ribeye. We left stuffed and completely satisfied. Generous portions. In fact, they could do half the amount of mashed potatoes but even that was delicious. We followed it all with their crumble topped apple pie, that by the way is made in-house. I’m not a fan of other peoples apple pie but I was pleasantly surprised. If you’re not a fan of cold apple pie, may not be your thing…but you definitely have to get a slice.

The appearance of the property and the waitress is what landed it a 2 otherwise it would be a 1. My husband’s steak had some good flavor but was extremely tough. My grilled cheese not so bad for the 12 bucks. Music was delightful. We ordered a The Tiffany’s drink that was “marked down” for happy hour to 9.00 but got charged 10 for a watered down, apparently virgin cocktail. Crabcakes were tasty. The times that we happened to see the owner she was very short tempered/demanding with staff x 2 and never walked around to speak to patrons but sat on the couch looking at patrons. Our tab was incorrect as I was charged for our friends beer, the marked down drink that I was charged 10 dollars for but was told that per Tiffany it could not be canceled since the transaction already went through. We spoke with the waitress and she did fix the bill by refunding with cash for the beer but left the 1 dollar over charge on the “marked down” drink. It took her a third trip to get the dollar back. I am not cheap but its the principle of exactly how often is this done. This took an extra 20 min when we were told that the transaction could not be canceled and we had to argue for our money that we were over charged or miss charged. Overall very disappointed with the experience and will not be back.

Atmosphere was quaint and unique. So disappointed with everything else. The table was so wobbly I had to place my shoe under the table the entire meal. We waited over 45 minutes for the appetizer and salad. There were 3 tables full, but we heard there was a large party in another part of the restaurant. We ordered the crab on bread appetizer. It was disgusting. It was about three bites of canned crab meat on a soggy (hot dog” type bun. It was ice cold. Salad was good. I ordered shrimp and grits. The picture showed andoiuee sausage…it looked like rolled Jimmy Dean. The grits were hard and needed salt and it was swimming in a white sauce. My husband ordered crab cakes- he said they were good, they were also swimming in a white sauce. The music was suppose to start at 7. It started after 730, but they were good. It was also BYOB. We were really looking for a unique dining experience…it was that….. but not worth the price. The cheesecake was good though.

I had the shrimp and grits! This dish was absolutely, incredible. Grits were cooked to perfection and the sauce brought everything together. 10/10 would recommend!

Visited on a Saturday night with friends. Very cute place. Nice outdoor space with lots of ambiance. We were told upon sitting down that if we hurried, we could take advantage of the half-price happy hour drinks, so we ordered immediately with 3 minutes left until happy hour was over. We ordered The Tiffany – its name sake drink. You’d think that drink would be fabulous. It was so watered down & had no taste at all. I really doubt it had any alcohol at all in it. Our food was just ok. I had the crab cakes & risotto. The risotto was bland and tasteless. The broccolini was tasteless as well. The steak was tough, and the jambalaya was bland. Our poor waitress warned us that service from the kitchen was slow because of the crowd, but there were many empty tables. She did try hard. We ordered a dessert – the banana pudding ice cream sandwich to split. It took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table, and it tasted like it just came out of the freezer. It also had a very freezer burn taste. It took another 20 minutes to get our bill. While we were waiting on that, we heard the owner, who was sitting outside near our table, berate a staff member in front of everyone. In our rush to leave, we didn’t check our bill until it had been processed. Then we noticed our watered-down drinks were not half price, and our other drinks had gotten on our friends tab. We asked to have it corrected, and when the waitress checked, she said it couldn’t be undone. Also that the happy hour drinks were NOT half price, but 10% off. We brought to her attention that we were still charged full price for the drinks. During this whole time, sitting right it front of the owner, she never came to check on us or offer any words of apology. What a shame such a potentially cute restaurant is so poorly managed!!!

Excellent food and service! Stopped in without reservations so we sat in a private dining room downstairs. Had a wonderful meal and great service. We will be back.
