The manager at this location was over the top with customer service. I ordered from the wrong location, I was meeting someone halfway from Michigan and thought I was at the right spot when I went in to pick it up. Not only did he not make me feel foolish but he asked what my order was and quickly gave me the exact thing without having to pay again or to make me drive the extra 15 minutes. High five Little Caesars on Western Ave!

Pizza only had toppings in the middle. Incredibly greasy. Seems like it was cut by a blind person. Not one person had a hair net on or gloves. A couple people’s hair was past their waist. People were rude and ignored me. I’m white, they weren’t. Acted like I was interrupting their time and didn’t want to deal with me. The lack of hair nets and gloves is enough for me not to order from this particular Ceasars again.

We called in a order, they said it would be 10-15 min. I got there and still waited another 15 min to get my order. Finally got my pizza, bread sticks and wings, got home…and the pizza literally has grease pooled on top so it was definitely NOT fresh…the bread sticks were still doughy! The only thing edible on the pizza was the crust!

The pizza looks like it was dropped on the floor, cooked all the moisture out of it, boxed up, and sold. Would’ve rather have eaten the cardboard box that it came in. Would not reccomend. This was the location on western in south bend.

Had to wait 20 minutes for “hot ‘n ready” pizza. That was not the problem, at least it’s fresh. However, during the 20 minute wait, I got to see how rude the cashier was to everyone. The girl making the pizza was a little more nice, but should wear a hairnet!!

I literally had mold in my pizza that i feed to my child i am 5 months pregnant and this is ridiculous. I just order this food last night. I had issues with little ceasers in battle creek Michigan as well with them serving me stale pizza and the manager lied about it. They need to close this entire franchise down.
