Ordered extra cheese on the pepperoni pizza. There was almost no pepperoni or cheese on the pizza. Not to mention the crust didn’t have no garlic flavor at all. However, the service was fast.

Dominoes has the WORST customer service. I placed an order for delivery. I was only delivered half of my order. I called and was on hold for 44 minutes. I heard someone pick up the pho e and then hung up. I called the store the very next morning and keep getting placed on hold with no help.

Originally ordered 2/1/23 the ice day. I went to pick up my own order to save the delivery people from having to drive in it. I got to the store and they said they didn’t have any salads. I had a salad with my order I had already paid for online. I was told I could only get store credit as compensation and not a refund. I said ok. I went tonight (4/4) to use said store credit and even brought the original receipt with me. The young fella working behind the counter said I had no store credit in the system and that it had been too long since I received it. Just do a charge back on your card like I’m going to have to do. They need a better system to notify when items aren’t available.

Never cut the pizza right, and always forget to add garlic on the crust, like it’s supposed to be! When asked, they give an attitude and overdo it purposely.

We just picked up our order of wings and pepperoni pizza. I naively didn’t check the order. I got home and the pizza was burnt and the wings had no sauce. Their management refused to do anything about it. Worst service ever.

Please don’t get your pizza from this location it was a hair inside the bread and cheese of my slice of pizza and I call the store and the “manager” didn’t give me a solution. I will call corporate and city of Dallas tomorrow because they’re defiantly not using the sanitary food procedures.

The most slackest dominoes I ever ate from. They don’t cut it right at all. Careless. No passion in the pizza what so ever. The sauce always smell like dog. Most the time your pizza be burnt. I am beyond pleased. My particular address is not accepted on line for delivery I can only call in my orders . And because of this I can not get the online deals. So the manager told me how to place my order online then call in and change it to delivery so I can get the deals. And the delivery driver even callede to make sure I knew he was on his way and to make sure he came to the right apt. We have a theft issue here. And it was fast. And the pizza looked incredible and was amazing. I’ve never had this kind of service from Amy dominos before. And I’ve never been this happy with an order before….
