Place was clean, with four customer tables inside and two outside. Numerous takeouts occurred while I waited. Good selection on menu. Ordered the roasted half-chicken. Came with pita (1) a cup of cucumber salad, half cup of hummus and garlic sauce – also 1oz cup of hot sauce (cayenne?) but it detracted from the flavors. Also ordered three fresh made/cooked falafel. Chicken was tender with crispy skin and very flavorful, cucumbers were crisp and the hummus was very smooth. The falafel was absolutely cosmic. Highly recommended.

I’ll keep it simple. We discovered this place (via Grubhub) two weeks ago when we found ourselves wanting something cheap & quick. Commensurate with those qualifications were our expectations, which we kept low while ordering a lamb shawarma platter and a chicken kebab platter, together totaling just shy of $25, with an estimated delivery time of 35-40 minutes.

Delicious! I never post reviews but I am picky about my middle eastern food and this was a nice surprise. The taboule was very fresh, the baba ganoush very flavorful, good hummus. Extremely kind service. I will definitely be back

Ordered on Doordash at 7pm. The food came swiftly. But I’m not sure why the chicken was so dry and tough. It tasted like it was left out all day. That was the most memorable part of the meal that the meat was dry and tough. Will not order takeout from here again but maybe dine-in would be better.

Very eclectic decorating in this small Mediterranean restaurant. A nice selection of food fare and decent sized portions. I really like the falafel I ordered ( $1 a piece as an app) and my shawarma platter. Could have used some more pita though. Partner was happy with their chicken shawarma wrap.

We head straight to Palmyra when we arrive for our quarterly visits to S.F. The babaganoush is the best we have ever had, and we always add a fattoush salad to our chicken meal order. I came to appreciate their hummus much more than store-bought when I learned to add the hot sauce to it. We always eat in, not for the ambiance, but because we want the chicken hot off the spit. This is a family run place and at its best when Mom is in the house. Tell her you love her food and she may comp you a baklava because that is how she treats her guests.
