Might be able to give 4 stars if it was a little faster. Jimmy Johns used to be freaky fast. They would have your sando made before you finished paying. Not the case anymore. But it did taste good and the staff was friendly.

Absolutely ridiculous when you place an online order for curbside pickup at for a 12:15 pickup (arrived at 12:10 and checked in on the app) and it’s 12:46 before we found out our order was placed on the rack at that point the food was soggy and disgusting and when we asked about the wait time the staff at the front just said we didn’t want to bring it outside. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Waiting that long for soggy bread after we sat and waited and they could see us parked in the curbside park. This is unacceptable! I don’t recommend.

I order from this Jimmy John’s a lot and they’re always very fast. Today I went to get my order when they left it outside my door and I spilt my drink all over my front porch and the driver saw it and came back a little later and brought me a new one. Literally the nicest thing ever, it really turned my day around. If I could give them more than five stars I would!!

2 hours for delivery and charged twice. When I called to inquire about the extra charge I was told they couldn’t help me on their end and if I wasn’t happy with what he was saying, he would just hang up. I would MUCH rather give 5 stars cause I know places are understaffed! But this was sheer rudeness and a cold sub that sat out for an hour and a half and a watered down drink.

For pickup this Jimmy John’s is great but don’t even think about ordering delivery at lunch time on a work day. Everytime I do it takes well over 45 minutes to get to me and I’m less than a mile away. They always use the excuse “we are very busy sir, sorry” and never do anything to make it right. This is not a freaky fast Jimmy John’s.
