Yesterday I ordered a club sub add a medium extra cheese pizza it was absolutely amazing the first time in a long time I got a pizza that was hot it was just the way I asked for it and the subs are always on point I couldn’t say that I haven’t had a bad experience there but most of my experiences with this store and Oil City have been almost perfect keep up the good work

NEVER AGAIN! Last night around 9:30 I ordered 2 12inch subs & App Sampler. Pretty simple, grilled chicken with lettuce tomato onion & Extra Mayo easy right? NOT FOR FOUR STAR OIL CITY! My husbands sub didn’t even have mayo ON IT! It was all over the aluminum foil, I mean like just slapped on! Plus the deep fried appetizers were SO SOGGY! I called today for them to make it right & the gentleman told me because I didn’t call last night, even tho it was closed by time we got our food & went to eat it, there was “nothing he can do” Even though I have photos, my receipt & STILL HAVE THE NASTY SUB! $30 later & only got to eat one sub! Horrible, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I order from this Pizza place 4 times a week or more so when i got a pizza that was either spoiled or freezer burnt i was like “ok mistakes happen”. When i called to ask for a refund for the nasty pizza the manager was rude and only offered a 4 dollar refund. I guess the hundreds they made off me a year/never ever complained before was less valuable to them than a 20 dollar refund for a poor pizza
