I have heard about In-N-Out Burger for many years. Finally got a chance to try it in Waco. There is a limited menu which makes it very easy to order. Very reasonably priced. This location has a drive-through and plenty of parking. Clean and well organized inside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I’m not sure if the service was better than most fast food because they typically start with higher wages, the nostalgia vibe or if it’s because of another reason, but whatever it is, it’s working. I also noticed/enjoyed the art on the walls and in the displays. Did you know that they sell In-N-Out socks…? Well, now you do.

As for the workers. They were on point! The place was cleaned and they checked the stock of items (napkins, condiments) twice . The food was prepared well and stacked right, and fresh. It’s the quality of the burger meat that has gone downhill and the fries taste as if they changed too.

Very nice spot, the employees were very attentive. We had to make a change to our order at the window and the employee was very understanding. Also, when getting our food the employee noticed that our strawberry shake top was a little bit dirty from extra shake, he quickly handed a napkin without us even asking. Great attention on their side. Great experience for a first timer.
