The breakfast here is amazing. I got the blueberry pancakes with sausage. I had forgotten that they have the best sausage that I’ve ever eaten. They also have the best pancakes. Our server, Oscar was super sweet and attentive. This Cracker Barrel location is our favorite to go to. Keep up the good work!

Ella said it fell off in the fryer and would not return it. So, when did fish start falling apart in bite sized pieces? The other portion was underneath the fish on the plate. Wow, definitely a Cracker Barrel experience. Will not even comment on the rest of our order, just wow. Normally, I make a point to find something good to leave a review about but wow.

I just visited Cracker Barrel of grapevine and my experience was not pleasant what so ever. For starters we stood up at the host stand for over 10 minutes waiting to be seated. A woman (cashier) was nice enough to call not once but three times for someone to come and seat us. When she noticed that, that wasn’t going anywhere she then went to find a server or manager to come and seat us. We finally get seated and as upset as we were we decided to move on from it and enjoy our dinner. It wasn’t until our food came out and we immediately knew something was not right ! Me and my husband both ordered the fried fish and our fish did not look appealing whats so ever , the fish look like it had no batter and no tartar sauce was plated with the fish, my husbands loaded mash potatoes only had bacon missing the sour cream and cheese.

We went to cracker barrel, and was seated pretty quickly! Our waiter Anna was very professional, and so very sweet!! She answered all our questions, and was so quick to helping us with anything we needed! While being so nice and sweet! Made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. She is so awesome! It started with being told it’d be a 20 minute wait that turned into actually being 46 minutes. It was scorching hot in the store area where we waited. Apparently several other people we waited with also waited over twice as long as they were told to expect. Got to the table and ordered our drinks and food pretty quick. They brought out plastic forks and knives, that’s a first from any other CB I’ve ever been to. The tiniest plastic cup that was mostly ice was asked to be refilled twice, but never got refilled. The food took another 45ish minutes to come out and actually tasted ok, but not as good as other CBs. The food is the only thing that saved this review from just being one star.

We had a pretty rough day lots of flight delays, no service during our 3hr plus flight due to turbulence. Absolutely starving and irritated when we landed. Arrived at Cracker Barrel in Grapevine and waited around for a few minutes before anyone sat us. Gabby met us at the door and we shared what a rough day we’d had. She wished us a better one and shortly, thereafter, she arrived out of the kitchen with hot fried pickles and cheese curds…on the house to hopefully perk up our bad day, knowing we were starving! We eat out a lot and I will tell you, no one has been that customer centric in a very, very long time! Alicia was our server, and she kept us full of iced tea and lemons and was very patient as we decided what to eat. The kitchen accidentally served my meal with fried okra instead of turnip greens and she quickly rectified it and said, “Oh, well, I guess you’ve got extra okra”, with a smile! She was also very efficient at getting our plates cleared and helped order a to-go dinner. She got us the exact containers we needed for our leftovers and even brought a bag without us asking. Chicken and dumplings were the same deliciousness as always and the green beans, Wow, we really love those green beans! She brought Tabasco for the dumplings and thought to grab the vinegar, that I forgot to ask for, for the turnip greens!
