My perception about Noodles and Company went slightly wayward. I visualised this to be an exclusive Noodles eatery with abundance of Noodles options. We ordered Pastas which was not upto my expectations. I usually cook myself and the Pastas really come lucious with melting cheese. May be I will try Noodles next time. They can improve the portion of servings which don’t match the American standards which are unusually larger.

Truly astonished with the customer service at this location! My lazy self ordered delivery and the door dasher grabbed the wrong order. I was able to quickly get ahold of the store to learn that my food was still there. They offered to refund me and allow me to re-order so that the food was fresher but I didn’t want them to have to re-make my food or waste it so I decided to just pick it up. You could tell that they truly felt bad for the mistake that was NO fault of theirs at all and threw me a couple of coupons and desserts. I truly appreciate you taking care of your customers! Always have had great service at this Noodles!!

Disgusting! My food was served cold. The solution was to stir it up and maybe nuke it. Storing meats at temps that bacteria love! What a puke fest don’t eat it you WILL get sick. The lobby and tables were disgusting sticky messes and the drink area looked like some one puked in it!

Surprisingly low quality food. The parm chicken on the pesto cavatapi was so badly burnt it was inedible, and the pot stickers tasted like what you’d expect if you had put them in your fridge for 4 days and microwaved them, and the Asian sauce for the potstickers tasted like it had soap or some other cleaning product in it. I think it’s time to start avoiding Noodles & Co. sad to see such poor quality from a place that used to be amazing.
