Small space with not many tables. We had to clean our own table then realized that bar stools aren’t the best option for a toddler. And that they only had like 2 indoor tables that weren’t bar stools. It’s a very small space.

It is ok but you’d think with their name as Noodles and Company, they’d have perfect noodles. But we have had it 3 times now and the noodles are gummy. And they forgot the rice crispy treat 2/3 times. They taste like plastic but still I paid for it.

Placed an order online, picked it up and when I got home I realized half my order was missing. 2 sides from the kids meals were missing, drinks from my kids meals, I was missing a salad, and I was also missing chicken from one of my plates which I paid extra for.

I got two regular spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread to go. I live 5 minutes from the house. The food wasn’t hot at all and hardly any sauce on the spaghetti. I had to open a jar of sauce to add to it. I had to pay extra for the bread. A little disappointed for what I paid for it because the other place I normally go I also get salads and drinks foe around the same cost.

This was the first time I have ever been to Noodles and Company location. For a restaurant the open recently, this location (Franklin, IN) was incredibly filthy. I didn’t see an employee clean a table the entire time I was there. The atmosphere was terrible. The flow of the restaurant was poor, and felt extremely cramped. And it was loud, to the point of being annoying.

Way Overpriced, tiny portions, tiny dining room layer out poorly, noodles were cold and hard. $58 for 3 entrees no sides 2 drinks and left hungry. Would not recommend. Mcalister’s is way better and cheaper.

Well they had only 5 tables and all of them were dirty. No napkins in the holder. A simple order took over 30 min. and it wasn’t tasty. Apparently it’s popular with teenagers but this grown man was not impressed
