For being new, it’s disappointing this Wendy’s isn’t held to its standards. I asked for a small chili with cheese. There was no cheese. The chili was more of a broth, there was nothing in it just a spoon full of beans/chili, the rest was broth. Frosty was good tho, it was served at the window so it wasn’t melted.

Service was fast, however my order was missing a few small items. Also, I ordered large fries and received small. I get that it just opened and some of the workers are in training, but it seems like an easy oversight. My only other complaint is that the burgers don’t actually have a taste. They dont taste bad, they just don’t taste like anything. Maybe season the patties?.

Walked in to pick up my order and the minimum wage worker told me they were only doing drive through pick up. Pretty pointless if I was already physically there. Now I had to make 15 extra minutes in the drive through just to pick up my order.

The food was fresh and delicious it came out pretty fast and I give credit to the sandwich makers. I always ordered difficult burgers and like them a certain way and they listened I give them an A plus I would be coming back soon.

Two stars for fries and fast service. The fries were amazing, with that being said, bad service. They gave us wrong food order and wrong drinks. Mind you there was only 5 people in restaurant a total of three parties and my party was of two.

Ordered my meal online order ID # 782002935 at 5:27am. Got there at 5:45am and was told my order was ready. Went up to the window they gave me my coffee but still waiting on my order like if I just ordered it. Waited 7min after given coffee only, but had to leave as I would of been late to work and did not get my meal.What is the use of online order if its not ready.

3rd time trying they never seem to have the item I want when I ordered the baconator meat was tasteless felt like I was biting into mush 0/10 even my dog didn’t want it left to Jack In The Box instead where they have better tasting food it seems.
