I know there was a language barrier but they honestly tried us and disrespected us. We tried to tell them we want a whole new drink made because the margarita’s were made with Salt & we didn’t want salt. She tried to play us and just put the drink in a new glass like we wouldn’t taste the salt still like be forreal. Then I ordered a mixed drink and they really tried to charge us for a whole can of Pineapple and had an attitude when we asked for the can. I returned my margarita and literally told them no mi gusta, but they still charged us for the drink. When we tried to talk to them about the margaritas she just switched cups with; She gave my boyfriend attitude and wasn’t trying to hear what we were saying. She treated us like we were dumb and we wouldn’t notice the difference. So because of the service we didn’t tip obviously, they were talking trash about us.

I wanted to pay credit but their credit card machine did not work. I was told to pay cash for my tab. Since I did not have the money in my wallet i had to use their ATM machine which charges a $3 fee per transaction and guess what? Their limit is only $200. TERRIBLE!! I was overcharged by $50 for my tab which should have cost me less than $140. The total was $194 and they did not want to give me a receipt which said thay I paid cash.
