Got the Kahana sub to eat in. It was delicious as usual. Jersey Mike’s is my go to sub shop. Service was great the manager and staff were very friendly and funny. I did order the chicken Kahana and they cooked me a steak Kahana instead but it’s all good. It was delicious. All the tables were a bit dirty they should wipe down every once in a while for dine in customers.

Ordered online for pick up and didn’t realize the bread on the two giant subs I bought were rock hard until after I got home. I guess I’m confused as to why staff thought it was okay to make and send out an order with overcooked crispy bread like that. Honestly disappointed.

I submitted an online order to pick up, because I needed food fast before heading to an appointment. Not sure if there is a problem with their online order system or the people fulfilling the order, but there were problems with pretty much everything I ordered. We customized the sandwich orders and none of the customizations were done (lettuce when we requested no lettuce, peppers were missing when we added peppers). I ordered chips which were not included. I ordered a root beer and received a cream soda.

I don’t no where they found this young Hispanic male and female (Brian and Salena ) they rock!!!! Food was perfect! Customer service was perfect! And they made it in s timely fashion!!!! Never got all 3 in one place before ever!!!!! I will be back to them on a regular!!!

jersey mikes is an excellent place if you’re looking for a quick lunch stop. the sandwiches are delectable and the staff is very kind. the only downsides was the service was slightly slow but nothing too bad

Decent subs and wraps. I wished they had cucumbers to put on the sandwiches. For me a Sandwich without Tomatoes and cucumbers is just not the same. Sometimes wait times can be too long. I think Manager needs to pay better attention to the cleanliness of the eating area when they get busy. No one wants to eat at a dirty table.

Forget this place for delivery…..off the list. They can’t read an order ticket, and their customer service is THE WORST. We ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery online. Three showed up, and one of the three was made wrong. We live local and were very busy that night – so we had them deliver it . Mind you, I did pay for a delivery fee. We discovered the order was shorted and wrong so we immediately tried to call. Well, after 20 minutes of them NOT picking up the phone I drove over there. When I got in I explained, and they tried to give me the (hot at the time of ordering) sandwich that I had ordered/ was left behind. I said no f’n way, that sandwich is at least :30 minutes old, please make me a new one. After some fussing, they agreed to make a new sandwich. I then had them remake the other sandwich that was made wrong as well. I further explained my frustration, as I had tried to call them for 20 minutes and that they didn’t pick up their phone. No response. I paid a delivery fee, and had to drive over there to have them redo stuff, nothing again! Not an apology, nothing. They need some serious retraining. How about a coupon? How about refunding my delivery? Jersey Mike’s just has some BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was like all the employees there were irresponsible space cadets, they were more focused on talking to their friends that stopped in the store. If you live in Lisle, go to Jimmy Johns on Ogden.

Most incompetent and rude staff I’ve ever experienced at an establishment with young kids who have no work ethic and seem to be very entitled. why every single time I call to place an order or order online they can’t even find an order placed! Then when I get there they take an additional 10 min to start the order. Then when I mention my displeasure with the slow movement they’re very rude and unprofessional. I expect some answers from management or ownership because until then I’m never going to be coming here again and will advice everyone I know including my work staff to never come here for lunch again. Just absolutely ridiculous and NOT how u conduct business.
