Ordered 5 dollar boxes. One of which was customized. After a nearly 30 minute wait, got the boxes and nothing was marked. Had to open up each and every burrito to figure out which was customized. After a long wait the people in front of us got free taco coupons. We waited longer and didn’t even get an “I’m sorry for your wait” comment.

Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant and at some stores they skimp out on the toppings or get my order wrong. However, I was so satisfied and impressed with my food/service when I ordered last night (02/23) in Chesaning at the brand new store. I will never go to another location again they really have recruited a great team. I will be back!

The food is mediocre at best, even by Taco Bell standards. What really irritated me though is that we are doing construction in the area and carpooling, and three of us tried to get separate orders in the same vehicle and they told us it was store policy that they could not. Have literally never heard of such a policy anywhere else, including other taco bells. I’ll just keep using the McDonald’s across the street. The good is fresher, and the workers can mentally handle three separate orders.
