Personally, early morning was the best time for me to go to Pho Korner. The establishment is clean, tidy, and filled with Asian decor. In addition, the establishment is quite roomy and there’s plenty of space to move around if you bring a party.

We went to get some pho before visiting the Grotto. The broth was good, beefy and comforting. But I feel like the pho is missing something. The beef wasn’t as tender as I’d like. The noodle also isn’t as good as the best places, no chew. Still quite good, though. Way better than the pho I had at Fish Sauce. Not as good as HA&VL.
