Brisket was quite chewy.

Small, clean and well kept shop. We ordered two sandwiches, one with pulled pork and other with beef brisket. Good overall, liked pulled pork sandwich more as beef brisket was dry for me. The flavors are more on cleaner side, tasted like they were relying on the ingredients to bring out the flavors, rather than seasoning or sauce. Lemonade was excellent however, little or no sweetener and it was carbonated.

Ordered a predator sandwich which had chicken thighs, red peppers, and arugula. The chicken was cooked well and was pretty tasty.

LOVED our experience at Mammoth. Sandwiches were delicious and very filling – I guess that’s what to expect from a placed named Mammoth! The roasted chicken in the Predator sandwich was simply incredible. I got a refreshing Arnold Palmer on the side, and a slice of cornbread with honey butter. The cornbread wasn’t a favorite (it didn’t have a ton of corn flavor?) but it was alright as a side. I could barely finish the sandwich, it was such a big serving! We also loved the outdoor seating, and service was very quick even though it was busy. Definitely worth a stop, and we recommended immediately to family in Ballard! Don’t let the greens on my sandwich fool you – this was FULL of BBQ! I also took a more clear photo of their menu.

Enjoyed some excellent sandwiches at Mammoth this afternoon. I highly recommend the Predator (smoked chicken thighs). They also have a great outdoor seating situation right now that isn’t basically a separate building, as I’ve seen at a lot of other places– it’s nice and open with heat lamps.

10/10, 5/5 sandwich. The bread is crunchy but soft and served hot. I mean just look at that cross section? Highly recommend the neanderthal (BLT situation). Also the Arnold Palmer is very fresh and yum!

First time here and thought it was alright. Got the tofu sandwich and it wasn’t as flavorful as I thought it would be. The pickled veggies could of had more of a kick. Didn’t try the salad, but my friend enjoyed it and liked the sriracha dressing with the pulled pork!

I felt the veggies were cut too thick on the sandwich and it took away from the overall quality of the food. I truly think that the key to a delicious sandwich is balance and this did not feel balanced to me at all.

Mammoth is quickly becoming my favorite sandwich spot in Seattle. They have a range of options, all of which are creative and unique. We’ve tried four so far, and all have been absolutely delicious – particularly the Italian one. Service is fast and friendly. The place is a little tight, but they do have a heated patio.
