This is the only papa johns location in Dekalb so I assume they get pretty busy. Might want to hire more people for quicker service. The veggie pizza we ordered was good and had a decent amount of veggies and cheese on it and garlic knots were spiced with yummy garlic and butter perfectly!

Good pizza. I love the garlic butter they inside with each pizza. Only complaint is that they don’t use enough cheese. I have to order extra cheese and even then, it’s like the amount that other pizza places would use for a regular cheese pizza. Not sure why they are so stingy with cheese. It’s not expensive.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the crust was burned. Pointed it out to the lady behind the counter and she basically said too bad that is the way it is. She then offered me a regular pizza… Ummm… I’m ordering it because I have a allergies, not for fun… Order from Domino’s or Rosatis they don’t burn it, they are more generous with the toppings, and their people are much more concerned about their customers. Seriously, it is not rocket science people, cook the pizza less.

Placed my order from the Papa John’s App. I was 10 min away. The app indicated my order would be ready in 13-15 min. When I arrived, I saw they have a pickup window & one car was waiting at the window. I only waiting in line for maybe 5 min before I was able to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, the young lady confirmed my order and asked if I wanted my receipt. I said yes and she said she’ll be right back. And she sure was w/ the recipe, my Diet Pepsi, & my pizza. Couldn’t have timed my order and pickup any better. Thank you Papa John’s. Pizza was good and the Pepsi was cold & washed the pizza down. I’d post photos but I ate the pizza before I saw the rate this place notification.

Did an online order for 2 med 1 topping pizza some cheesesticks with pizza sauce and a 2 liter, came to just under 29.00 when the driver delivered my food he didn’t have CHANGE for 40 I was only asking for 7 bucks back.

Everything was good but the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through. I was staying in the hotel room so I didn’t have any thing to cut the rest of the pizza with so I ended up using a card. Very frustrating! Make sure you cut through the pizza all the way
