I ordered DoorDash from this Chipotle yesterday. I ordered chips, guac and a burrito bowl. The bag came sealed, I got the chips and guac but my bowl inside was empty. It was just a container. I emailed customer service and they basically said they can’t do anything about this because it was through DoorDash even though the bag was sealed and this was obviously the restaurants fault. Not sure if this was some kind of sick joke or a bet made packing the orders but I know every time I go in to order it’s pretty unprofessional and dirty and the workers are young and don’t really care about how they act. Wouldn’t be surprised if this was on purpose.

This Chipotle is the best location on the east side of the cities. Staff is friendly, food always tastes great, and portion sizes are what they should be. The cottage grove and Woodbury village Chipotles need to take notes. Always order inside, ordering through the app is a completely different review.

This has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever seen. Went on September 1st around 7pm. The trash was so over flowing people where piling garbage where the trays and baskets go, the floors where pretty bad, the front doors where horribly dirty like they’ve never been cleaned. There were plenty of employees standing around. There was a line and only one girl was making peoples orders. Is there not managers at this location? Must not be to be this horrible. Just don’t get how a place gets like this and no one does anything. After reading other reviews seems like it’s been this way awhile. Nice job chipotle not doing anything about the issues.

Went there for lunch with my family today. It was the most filthy restaurant I have ever been in. And I love dinners drive in and dives. But even they have a standard. Where they prepared our food had not been cleaned all day. Where the food is prepared in the open was filthy, pans pulled high, food all over the stainless steel. The counter where you get forks was filthy. The floors were disgusting, puled high garbage. The glass doors where filthy. Let’s not talk about how dirty the tables were.

The best Chipotle I’ve been to in Minnesota. Portions were really good, it usually takes me 15 minutes to finish my bowl and the bowl that I got yesterday took me about 30 minutes to finish. Costumer service is very kind and welcoming. I’m very impressed about this Chipotle. I highly recommend it!

I unfortunately have had multiple poor experiences at this location. The most recent time, the staff forgot my chips and guac and when I brought it to their attention, they were very rude about it. When I brought my burrito bowl home, the rice was super hard and undercooked, not like it typically is with lots of fluff. I love chipotle as a restaurant but I’m going to avoid this location in the future.

Online order for 6:00 pick up not ready until 6:30. My order is labeled on the tinfoil and is correct as I double checked it online (as you can see). Much to my dismay I open the burrito bowl and I was given white rice and steak……Thats it! My son’s meal which was extra rice, was given no side at all. Both side trays were completely empty. Completely unacceptable that I paid money to get white rice and steak when the correct order is literally on the cover. Not to mention my bowl was nearly completely empty.

Unbelievable poor service, rude to be exact. The cashier was fantastic, he was super polite. The guy who made my first burrito burst the tortilla, proceeded to re-wrap it so it looked like a softball. This is what the woman who took over wrapping came up with….disgusting! When I thanked her for her patience, she walked away from me. I then called her out and thanked her again (what was I thanking for though???) she snarked at me. I should have just asked for my money back. The sad thing is, this location usually has decent service and I drove out of my way to go here. If the owner sees this, I’m happy to give more information.
