Everytime I’ve gone there it takes forever and something is messed up on my order. I understand being under staffed is difficult and orders will take longer. Im a patient person and dont mind waiting a bit but they are not friendly and they always look like everything is a inconvenience while working or attempting to give customer service. I stopped going and wasting my money. They used to be so much better. Oh this picture is supposedly my burrito Supreme that I paid for but got nothing but BEANS

The soft taco was pure discusting! Beef was very salty. Over by the soda machine soda the entire floor was covered in soda, so that left the floor sticky. Employees in the back had music blaring to the point you couldn’t hear anything! If i could give 0 stars i would instead of a 1. Horrible experience definitely won’t be returning!

This is the filthiest fast food place I have been to. Smelled of mold and trash. Workers extremely rude. Talking on personal phone, on speaker about personal affairs. This Taco Bell takes for granted that they are the only Taco Bell close by and is relying on business because of that. I will drive an hour or more before I will ever go here again. The filth and lack of customer service is the worst I have seen by far. Should be shut down!

I know there have been some negative comments and things about the Smithfield Taco Bell. The last several months my husband and I haven’t eaten there because service was slow, orders were wrong, and the staff was unfriendly. I saw that there was a new manager and earlier today my husband and I took a chance and went. We were pleasantly surprised! Our order was correct, food was fresh, and staff friendly. Thank you to the new manager. We appreciate your dedication in fixing the issues. We will return in the future!

Both my parents and I do doordash for extra money and every time I have an order here, I have to wait 20-30 minutes for literally the smallest orders. I thought it was just my luck, but both my parents said they have the same problem. I’ve talked to 2 other door dashers in our area and they’ve said the exact same thing. 1 of about 15 times I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes for an order, all I needed was the drink and the workers told me they were getting it. I waited 5 minutes for a freaking drink. Literally a single drink, and they weren’t doing anything, so I had to reach across the counter and grab the cup to do it myself. I can’t keep waiting for these orders. It affects my “delivery on time” as well as my parents, and other dashers. I’ve declined orders to taco bell, but the other dashers in the area decline them too so it always comes back to me. Either work more people, or please get rid of this location.

Location is pretty clean, they are short staffed. They do have friendly staff but I wouldn’t expect the greatest service. Also sometimes food here can feel skimpy compared to other locations around.
