6PM on a Sunday roadtrip, stopped for dinner. Food was immediate and freshly cooked. I asked for my roast beef without a bun (I’m gluten intolerant) and they did it no questions asked! Best curly fries I’ve had from any Arby’s!

The store had lots of art and nice details. The restaurant was clean and service was quick and friendly. The food was good. Oddly the receipt said the location was Plainville, Texas. There’s lots of parking and it was easy to get to. It was wheelchair accessible. It wasn’t too crowded when I went for lunch on a weekday.

Everytime I’ve gone here it’s been good until the other evening.Ordered 2 classics and fry’s the beef was dry and looked burnt plus the fry’s seemed to have been sitting there a long time they were not hot but soggy or almost tasted like they weren’t in the fryer for long. terrible meal for the first time ever

It was OKAY. It was clean inside. Seems to be hopping during lunch and the front counter lady was frazzled and didn’t follow my original orders. That’s why I left 4 stars. They messed up my order but the manager guy was really nice and accommodated me when I told them.

I find it one of the best places in our small town to eat at! Every single time I go the lobby is clean and up to par the associates and management both are nice respectable and go out of their way to assist you and help. Very respectful staff! I’m from the south south southern hospitality is a huge part of my day-to-day life I work across the road and we try to give the best service so when I go over there even in the lunch rush all the associates are in a good positive mood and they’ve got a good level head on their shoulders.
